Applicants are supposed to send the materials to application@ncepubd.edu.cn
4 or 5 months beforesemester begins. (For spring semester applicants, materials are supposed to be sent before November of previous year; For fall semester applicants, materials are supposed to be sent before April)

Fees
1.Tuition: 1 semester,7500 yuan;
1year,13500 yuan
2. Registration Fee:200 yuan (only accept cash payment, be paid when registering)
3.Application Fee: 300yuan (only accept cash payment, be paid when registering)
4.Comprehensive Insurance Fee: 800yuan/year
5.Accommodation Fee:
Single Occupancy: RMB 70/day
Double Occupancy: RMB 45/person/day.
The fees must be one-off paid every semester or year. Another 1000 yuan deposit is needed when checking in, which will be refunded when you check out.
