1.After receiving applicants’ materials, we would examine them with relevant departments, and then choose eligible applicants. The final result of admission would be announced on the Web of Department of International Exchange and Cooperation (http://gjxy.fjsmu.cn) and the notices will soon be sent. We would inform the result to applicants by Email in time and send them Admission Notice and Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW202).
2.Applicants who have been enrolled should apply for the Study Visa (X Visa) to Chinese Embassy with the Admission Notice and Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW202).
3.Applicants who are already in China can submit all the application materials to the Department of International Exchange and Cooperation in person and register directly; with the permission of Sanming University, applicants outside China who do not apply for Study Visa in time are allowed to register with a Tourist Visa first and then apply for Study Visa after arriving in school.
4.Applicants who have been enrolled should bring Admission Notice and Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW202) for registration and pay application fee as well as tuition before the time limit according to the Admission Notice. Exception can be made to students who has informed the school of their special reasons and whose delay has been permitted. Our school new year usually begins in early September.
5.Arrival and pick-up service
After arriving in Fuzhou or Xiamen by airplane, applicants who have been enrolled at our University can transfer to Sanming North Station by train. For freshman who has informed the school of train number and date in written form, our school will provide free pick-up service at the Sanming North Station.
