Electives: Chinese Pronunciation, Chinese Calligraphy, Chinese Characters Reading and Writing, Newspaper Reading, Chinese Folklore, Economic Reading, Chinese Cooking, Martial arts, Erhu (Chinese traditional music instrument), Paper Cutting, Tai Chi, etc.

A variety of practical activities: sightseeing, company visit, language practice activity, etc.

2. Summer Short-Term Chinese Language Program

Admission Requirements:

1. High school graduate;

2. Over 16 years old and healthy.

Start Date: middle of July

 

Application Daline: middle of July

Main courses: Elementary Chinese, Chinese Speaking, Basic Chinese, Chinese Listening and Speaking, Comprehensive Chinese

A variety of practical activities: sightseeing, fied trip, language practice activity, etc.

3. Other Short-Term Chinese Language Program

Class schedule can be separately designed for group (more than 10 students). Please contact us for more details.

Course Length: 4 years

Admission Requirements:

Bachelor’s Program (Chinese Medium)

1.BA Chinese Language and Literature

Course Length: 2~4 years

Admission Requirements:

1. High school graduate;

2. Chinese proficiency:

﹒To enter the first year in fall semester: HSK4 (180) or BCT2;

﹒To enter the second year in fall semester:HSK 4 (220) or BCT3,with at least one year’s study experience in a university;

﹒To enter the third year in fall semester, at least two years’ study experience in a university, HSK 5 (220) or BCT4 with at least two year’s study experience in a university;

﹒To enter the first year in spring semester, HSK 4 (200) or BCT3 with at least one year’s study experience in a university;

﹒To enter the second year in spring semester, HSK 5 (220) or BCT4 with at least two year’s study experience in a university;

 

3. Pass the entrance examination (written examination and interview).

1.Bachelor’s Program in other majors (Chinese Medium)

International students can enter all the undergraduate majors in Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. Currently, international students have enrolledin majors including International Economy and Trade, Accounting, Financial Management, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Tourism Management, Business English, Business Japanese, Chinese Language Literature, E-Commerce, etc.

Admission Requirements:

1. High school graduate;

2. Bachelor’s Program in International Economy and Trade

HSK 5 or new HSK4 (220 or higher) or BCT3;

Bachelor’s Program in other majors

HSK 6 or new HSK5 (220 or higher) or BCT4;

3. Pass the entrance examination (written examination and interview).

Entrance Examination:

Chinese Written Examination and Interview are held in June and August every year. Mathematics Examination is held at the end of July every year. From middle of July to the end of July, students can take mathematics tutorial classes which are organized by the university.
