Gardening Techniques is a key major in Beijing, There are many dedicated, experienced teachers, including 17 full-time teachers, 1 professor, 7 associate professors, 2 with doctor degree, 14 with master degree, double-qualified teachers account for 82.3%,enterprise managers account for 82.3%, more than half of the teachers provide professional consulting support to many enterprises. The department is facilitated with Gardening Art Center, Gardening Design Center and the Base of Garden Cultivation and Maintenance, There are gardening design workshops, manual drawing rooms in the Gardening Art Center, and the Base of Gardening Cultivation and Maintenance is comprised of potted flower greenhouse, cutting flower greenhouse, plant nursery, timberland base, etc. Moreover, the department has established a good relationship of cooperation with 28 enterprises, in which students can do practical work for 4 to 6 weeks.
